Some days seem to be better than others. Isn’t it a great thing that we seem to remember more of the good ones when looking back? Maybe I should amend that to say that I try to remember the good ones. Lately I’ve been having the type of days that I want to quickly look away from. The ones that don’t help me move forward, but rather drag me into depths I loathe lingering in, for too long or too frequently. Once they pass, I scurry as quickly away from them as my feet can manage to propel me. In these times I try and celebrate all that is light and uplifting. So today I have made up my mind to be a looking forward day. One that is golden perfection.
I am looking forward to this holiday season. A season of light and brilliance. A season of peace on earth and good will to all. A season marked by happiness and sparkle. I hope we can all find time to celebrate the people and gifts we have been blessed with and those that are destine to come into our life in the days ahead. I know If I look for them, I have many golden moments to be thankful for. Also, thank you to those of you who take the time out of your day to read my ramblings. Peace and joy. Happy Holidays to you!
